At The Melbourne Locals, we believe in the power of community. We invite individuals, businesses, and organizations to join us in our mission to make a lasting impact. Here’s how you can get involved:

Giving back is at the heart of everything we do. We’re partnering with local NGOs, schools, and hospitals to support underprivileged individuals and families. From food drives to educational programs, we’re tackling social challenges head-on and working to create a brighter future for all.

Real change starts with YOU. Whether you’re offering your time, skills, or resources, we offer a variety of opportunities to get involved. Every act of kindness, no matter the size, helps create meaningful change in the lives of others.

We believe in the power of connection. Our regular events — from workshops to cultural festivals — bring people together from all walks of life. These gatherings provide opportunities to share, learn, and celebrate, while fostering unity and embracing diversity within our community.
Join us and help create a movement of kindness, growth, and unity!

The Melbourne Locals has successfully launched its food bank services, now operating three days a week and providing free groceries to a range of charitable organisations.
Through our partnership with the Woolworths Food Diversion Program, we are able to redirect quality surplus food to those who need it most. By working closely with like-minded community organisations, we ensure this support reaches families in a timely, efficient, and meaningful way.
As demand continues to grow, we are looking for passionate and committed volunteers to support our expanding food bank operations. With plans to extend to additional service days each week, your support can make a real and immediate difference in the lives of those facing hardship.
If you would like to be part of this meaningful initiative, please contact our Founder and Director, Arthur Fernandes, on 0408 989 844.
